while you're on vacation, well I wanted to bring that
close to home. Creative Courage is an artistic haven
for the collector of art that includes folk art. We
have works by many local and global artists. We have
many unique gifts to chose from many of which are hand
crafted and "Juan of a Kind." If you don't
find what you're looking for we will help you make it
in our Art Studio. We have everything you will need
to Mosaic, Collage, Decoupage and more. One enters a
visually enticing gallery gift store while in the back
a studio with an almost limitless array of materials
resides that allow the amateur to express the hidden
artist within and an atmosphere that inspires professional
artist. To help our clients build their artistic confidence
we have wonderful Adult workshops and an outstanding
kids summer art camp.

I am an artist and discovered so by volunteering
as an art teacher at my girls' elementary school.
I discovered how empowering the ability to create
was, when you can let go of judging your work and
simply enjoying the process. I dabble in many art
forms and appreciate the works of others. So I wanted
a place where artists could sell their work that was
fun and inviting. At times galleries can be so serious.
Over the past ten years I have got a group of friends
into creating, many of which would tell you they are
not artists. I love it when I see the pieces that
they have created hanging in their homes or hearing
that they made it as a gift. Thru my workshops and
events I want Creative Courage to become a gathering
place for my community to share information, support
and laugh. I think art is the best form of therapy.
Art is a way to connect to others whether you are
sitting around doing art together or admiring a certain
piece of art that speaks to you and makes you feel
something. I think we are all looking for that connection.
